Platform
BSMS.plus is the messaging platform: the compliance engine, the routing layer and the protocol stack. We license it. We do not resell messages, and we do not run carrier pipes on your behalf — so there is nothing here priced per SMS.
Sender headers, template matching and the promotional window are checked when a message is queued, not reported on after the operator refuses it. A template that stops matching halts transmission rather than accumulating rejections.
Several carrier connections run in parallel, scored continuously on delivery outcome and cost. A message takes the cheapest route that is actually delivering, with a floor that refuses to send below cost rather than quietly losing money on it.
Your systems bind in over SMPP 3.4 — TRX, multi-session, windowed, with submit_sm, data_sm and submit_multi, concatenation in either legal form, and delivery receipts carrying the recipient and the standard TLVs.
Numbers on the national register or an internal block list are stopped at queue time on every intake path — campaign, API and SMPP alike — so a submission that would be refused downstream is never paid for.
Every message carries its cost, its route and the reason it took that route. Vendor invoices reconcile against submitted volume, and the tax position is computed from the same rows rather than a second system.
Organisations, their clients, wallets, rate cards and API keys are scoped end to end, so a reseller can run their own customers on the platform without seeing anybody else’s traffic or costs.
DLT registration, the TRAI promotional window, DND suppression and GST-compliant invoicing are part of the platform rather than a layer bolted on top of a system designed for somewhere else. Deployments run on infrastructure you control.
